1. General provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the website easynestpl.com (hereinafter: 'the Website') operated by Easynestpl Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000987654, NIP (Tax ID): 5213456789, REGON: 147890123 (hereinafter: 'the Service Provider'). The Website provides information and consulting services related to personal finance, European grants, and government support programs.
2. Definitions
Terms used in these Terms & Conditions mean: Website — the website available at easynestpl.com; Service Provider — Easynestpl Sp. z o.o.; User — any natural person using the Website; Services — services provided electronically by the Service Provider through the Website, including in particular the provision of information, a contact form, and consultations.
3. Conditions for using the Website
Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration. To use the Website, a device with Internet access, a current version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled is required. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms & Conditions, and the principles of social conduct.
4. Services provided electronically
The Service Provider offers the following services through the Website: providing information about financial support programs, European grants, and tax deductions; enabling the submission of inquiries through a contact form; scheduling free consultations with personal finance experts. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of services provided.
5. Contact form
The User may submit an inquiry through the contact form available on the Website. Submitting the form requires providing a full name, email address, and message content. Data provided in the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Service Provider makes every effort to respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
6. Liability
Information published on the Website is of an informational nature and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice within the meaning of applicable law. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the content published on the Website is current and compliant with the applicable legal framework, but is not responsible for decisions made based on this content. A complaint should include: the User's full name, email address, description of the problem, and the expected resolution. The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office, subject to provisions regarding court jurisdiction in disputes involving consumers. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version of the Terms & Conditions on the Website. Use of the Website after the introduction of changes constitutes acceptance thereof. In matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the GDPR. These Terms & Conditions are effective from January 15, 2026.
